Bike Classes

Join us for a private one-on-one bicycle classes. Open to adults and kids aged 5 and up. Bikes are provided.

1. Beginner Pack

The Beginner Pack is especially designed for people who have never rode a bike. The pack includes 3 classes that are organised as follows:

  1. The first session aims at understanding the basic mechanism of how a bicycle works (pedals,brakes...). This is achieved while practicing simple exercises, which at the same time help to build the apprentice's confidence.
  2. The goal of the second session is to ride the bicycle. A series of exercises is practiced that facilitates balance and smoothens the process of starting riding until the goal is achieved.
  3. The third session is in the form of a ride/tour to get used to cycling and reinforce what the apprentice has learned.

Learning objectives:
By the end of the classes, the apprentice should be able to:

  • Ride a bicycle
  • Use brakes
  • Change bike gears
  • Do u-turn in both directions

Additional Notes:

2. Special Class

Special Classes address specific needs and learning objectives. These type of classes are designed for people who know how to ride a bicycle, but would like to learn intermediate to advanced skills, for instance:

  • Gear changing
  • One hand riding
  • Uphill and downhill biking
  • Braking
  • Looking back
  • Narrow path

Additional Notes:

  • Duration: one hour to an hour and half
  • Classes are priced 200dh
